Short version: Paxlone Clip processes all video locally on your PC. Your VODs and clips are never uploaded to our servers. We only collect what we need to run your account and verify your subscription.
Paxlone Clip ("we", "us", "our") is a desktop application for Windows that helps streamers stamp, clip, caption, and export stream highlights. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use the app or visit paxloneclip.com.
We collect only the minimum data needed to provide the service:
We do not collect: your IP address beyond what Cloudflare logs incidentally, any analytics or behavioural tracking data, your VOD URLs, clip content, or any video or audio files.
All video processing — downloading your VOD excerpt, transcribing audio, rendering captions, and exporting the final clip — happens entirely on your own PC using locally installed tools (ffmpeg, Whisper).
No video or audio file is ever sent to Paxlone Clip's servers. Your stream content stays on your machine at all times.
Internet connectivity is required only to: download your VOD directly from Twitch or YouTube (to those platforms, not to us), and to verify your subscription status against our backend at the start of each session.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, your record is removed from Supabase within 30 days. Residual anonymised export counts may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention.
LemonSqueezy retains payment records as required by applicable financial regulations.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@paxloneclip.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
The Paxlone Clip website (paxloneclip.com) does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. The only local storage used is by the desktop application itself (on your own PC) to cache your auth session and Free plan export count — this data never leaves your machine.
Paxlone Clip is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
